Security (BITS), this note addresses how NATO expansion
and its current nuclear posture, along with France's proposal
for a Europeanised Nuclear Deterrent and a "Eurobomb" contradict
Articles I and II of the NPT. These Articles state that
nuclear states shall not transfer nuclear weapons to non-nuclear
states and non-nuclear-states will not receive such weapons.
