Rachel joined BASIC’s London office in December 2011. Previously, she has worked with the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom and the Global Security Institute. Rachel holds an MA in Non-Proliferation and International Security from King’s College London and a BA in International Affairs and Anthropology from Northeastern University.
