Dr. Bruno Tertrais is a senior research fellow at the  Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique in Paris. Dr. Tertrais worked with the BASIC Trident Commission in 2012, authoring the Trident Commission briefing report entitled, Entente Nucléaire.
