Lorna Richardson is wholly seconded from BASIC to work as the Clerk to the APPG on Global Security and Non-Proliferation. She has more than 20 years’ experience of organising events in the voluntary sector. She is a graduate of Ruskin College, Oxford, and of the School of Oriental & African Studies, London.
