The 1999 NPT PrepCom
10-21 May, New York

Official Documents and Statements

BASIC is making available official speeches, draft texts, and related documents from the PrepCom. As many documents will be put up as are obtainable at the PrepCom, within limits.

Please note these documents were quickly scanned, HTMLed, and uploaded. Although great effort was extended to prevent it, the documents will contain errors, and they should not be regarded as official.

Also note that, following the general debate, all PrepCom meetings took place in closed sessions. Observers - including NGOs - were not allowed to attend. This made obtaining speeches more difficult.
