Warwick University: We need to talk…about nukes

BASIC and WMD Awareness teamed up with the Politics and International Studies Department at Warwick University to host the third Talking Trident event on 15 January 2015.

The event focused on Trident and its role in UK politics. Students heard from Sir Nick Harvey MP, former Minister of State for the Armed Forces and explored what the major political parties are saying about nuclear weapons ahead of the General Election and what this means for young people in Britain.
