The Independent's Cole Moreton wrote an article about what the future holds for the UK's nuclear submarines in terms of political debate and construction timeline. BASIC's executive director, Paul Ingram, was quoted in the article as saying: "They are ordering four of everything, so we are sort of committed to four or nothing...You could junk the lot.
