"Missing Document" 1:
NATO Policy for Crisis Management and Security Sector Reform

Although NATO plans on producing a number of documents for its April summit in Washington, no plans have been made to address the subject of crisis prevention and management. Therefore, in its Risk Reduction Strategy for NATO report, BASIC included a chapter on a "missing document," outlining NATO's policy for crisis management and security sector reform. Such a document is particularly critical in light of NATO's current activity in Yugoslavia.

This page includes updates regarding the subject of crisis prevention and management as well as a link to the chapter on crisis management in BASIC's Risk Reduction Strategy for NATO.
