Dutch Parliament Debates NATO Strategy

On Tuesday 16 March the Upper Chamber of the Dutch parliament debated the Dutch defence budget, plus the NATO part of the foreign affairs budget. On Wednesday 17 March the Lower Chamber debated a number of issues related to Dutch defence policy, including:

* WEU
* North Atlantic Council
* NATO ministerials in December 1998
* European defence policy
* NATO strategic concept
