One of BASIC’s aims is to widen the debate and dialogue around nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament. By that, we mean we want to look at the issue within as broad a context as possible. And we want to encourage diversity of perspectives among those who are engaging in the discussion. We especially love sharing and understanding different views and engaging with new ideas that will help to promote a sustainable security agenda.

Please get in touch if you would like to contribute to our website!

Written blog posts:
Blog posts are typically 700-1,500 words. BASIC’s main focus has been on international aspects of the nuclear weapons debate and we welcome original content on the many concepts within this wide scope of issues. But we don’t want to limit contributions to our own interests, so please get in touch with your new ideas.
